Aussie Helpers is a charitable organisation that provides all-round assistance to Australian farmers affected by weather and market extremes. It provides support with produce, labour, education and, importantly, mental health, through its virtual psychologist service.
Aussie Helpers is run by volunteers and relies on donations and fundraising efforts. Living in a farming area, Karen was compelled to donate $1 from every sale of The Extraordinary, Unordinary Gum Tree and The Extraordinary Tom Fink to the charity.
